If you are assessed as Above Average by a senior Instructor on your Scholarship you may be invited to joins the staff of 642 VGS as a Flight Staff Cadet. As a reward for your hard work on the ground you will be given an Advanced course of 5 hrs including you flying 5 solo circuits.
